Anant Raj is set to demerge its data centre and cloud business into a new entity, Ashok Cloud Pvt Ltd. This strategic move aims to create a separately listed digital infrastructure company. The demerger is intended to unlock shareholder value and support significant expansion plans. The company targets a capacity of 307 MW by FY32, alongside strengthening its cloud services platform.

अनंत राज अपने डेटा सेंटर और क्लाउड बिज़नेस को एक नई कंपनी, अशोक क्लाउड प्राइवेट लिमिटेड में अलग करने जा रहा है। इस कदम से एक अलग से लिस्टेड डिजिटल इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर कंपनी बनेगी। इसका मकसद शेयरधारकों को फायदा पहुंचाना और कंपनी के विस्तार की योजनाओं को आगे बढ़ाना है। कंपनी का लक्ष्य वित्तीय वर्ष 2032 तक 307 MW क्षमता हासिल करना और अपने क्लाउड सेवाओं को मजबूत करना है।
