Jantar Mantar De-notified As Protest Venue In Delhi

Jantar Mantar has officially been de-notified as a designated venue for protests and demonstrations in Delhi, according to a recent police circular. This decision follows recommendations from a committee formed by the Ministry of Home Affairs to identify alternative locations. Three new venues have now been designated for public gatherings: Ramlila Ground, Burari Ground, and CBD Ground in East Delhi. The Delhi Police will issue a revised standard operating procedure for protests at these new sites.

पुलिस के एक हालिया सर्कुलर के मुताबिक, दिल्ली में जंतर मंतर को अब आधिकारिक तौर पर विरोध प्रदर्शनों और धरनों के लिए निर्धारित स्थल के रूप में डी-नोटिफाई कर दिया गया है। यह फैसला गृह मंत्रालय द्वारा गठित एक समिति की सिफारिशों के बाद आया है, जिसने वैकल्पिक स्थानों की पहचान की थी। अब सार्वजनिक समारोहों के लिए तीन नए स्थल निर्धारित किए गए हैं: रामलीला मैदान, बुराड़ी ग्राउंड और पूर्वी दिल्ली में सीबीडी ग्राउंड। दिल्ली पुलिस इन नई जगहों पर विरोध प्रदर्शनों के लिए एक संशोधित मानक संचालन प्रक्रिया जारी करेगी।
