The detainees were held for several hours at police stations and released with a warning. This operation, involving 13 police stations, was initiated to enhance security and control crime in public areas. Police spokesperson Sandeep Turan stated that preventive action was taken under the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita for disturbing peace. This initiative aims to curb hooliganism and maintain order in public spaces throughout the city.
