CNN has stated it will not be deterred from its duty to report on the US government, following a ban from White House grounds. The network described the move as an illegal assault on its constitutional right to report without hindrance. President Donald Trump accused CNN, MS NOW, and Politico of repeatedly reporting "FAKE NEWS" and stated the ban was based on cumulative stories over the past few years.
