Ukraine launched a significant drone attack on Russia's Moscow region, resulting in two fatalities and a warehouse fire. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin reported that most of the 650 drones targeting the city were shot down. One person died in Radumlya and another in Barbybino, with seven injured and dozens of homes damaged. An oil storage tank was reportedly hit at the Volodarskaya facility, a major fuel hub supplying Moscow's airports. This attack marks an escalation in long-range strikes as both nations intensify assaults on infrastructure before winter.
