Rupee Movement Driven By Multiple Factors

The rupee's value over the past four years has been influenced by a combination of economic fundamentals, Reserve Bank of India interventions, and market sentiment, making it difficult to pinpoint a single cause for its fluctuations. Since early 2022, the rupee has depreciated approximately 28% against the dollar, moving from an average of Rs 74.44 to Rs 95.47 by August 2026. This depreciation occurred while other major currencies showed mixed performance against the dollar.

रुपये की चाल कई कारकों से प्रभावित

पिछले चार सालों में रुपये की कीमत कई वजहों से बदली है। RBI के दखल, बाज़ार के मूड और देश की आर्थिक हालत, सबने मिलकर इसे प्रभावित किया है। 2022 की शुरुआत से डॉलर के मुकाबले रुपया करीब 28% गिरा है। जहाँ पहले यह 74.44 रुपये था, वहीं अगस्त 2026 तक यह 95.47 रुपये तक पहुँच गया। इस दौरान दूसरी बड़ी करंसीज़ का प्रदर्शन डॉलर के मुकाबले मिला-जुला रहा।
