Tourism stakeholders at the Kerala Travel Mart (KTM) 2026 seminar called for prioritising accessible systems and designs in tourism projects. Neha Arora highlighted the need for inclusive travel experiences and trained guides, noting few hotels offer accessible rooms. Thrissur District Collector Shikha Surendran stressed that accessibility must go beyond basic facilities to include diverse needs. She also emphasised awareness and capacity building among officials, and suggested audits for tourism destinations. The Kerala Responsible Tourism Mission also showcased its inclusion efforts.

केरल ट्रैवल मार्ट (KTM) 2026 में पर्यटन से जुड़े लोगों ने कहा कि पर्यटन प्रोजेक्ट्स में सुलभ व्यवस्थाओं और डिज़ाइन को प्राथमिकता देनी चाहिए। नेहा अरोड़ा ने बताया कि समावेशी यात्रा अनुभव और प्रशिक्षित गाइड ज़रूरी हैं, क्योंकि बहुत कम होटलों में सुलभ कमरे हैं। त्रिशूर की डिस्ट्रिक्ट कलेक्टर शिखा सुरेंद्रन ने कहा कि सुलभता सिर्फ़ बुनियादी सुविधाओं से बढ़कर है, इसमें अलग-अलग ज़रूरतों का ध्यान रखना होगा। उन्होंने अधिकारियों में जागरूकता और क्षमता निर्माण पर भी ज़ोर दिया।
