तीन बच्चों की माँ, 34 वर्षीय कुलसुम बानो ने श्रीनगर, कश्मीर में अपने नवजात शिशु को सीने से बाँधकर हाफ मैराथन दौड़ी। इस काम ने सोशल मीडिया पर काफी ध्यान आकर्षित किया। बानो ने कहा कि उन्होंने यह चुनौती अपने व्यक्तिगत सपनों को फिर से हासिल करने के लिए ली है, क्योंकि वह अकेले बच्चों की परवरिश कर रही हैं और उनके पति CRPF में तैनात हैं। वह पार्ट-टाइम फिटनेस ट्रेनर के तौर पर काम करती हैं और अपने एक साल के, दो साल के और बारह साल के बच्चों की देखभाल सहित घर की जिम्मेदारियों को भी संभालती हैं।
