UP Farmers' Children Scholarship Raised To ₹60,000 Annually

Uttar Pradesh has announced a significant increase in scholarships for the children of farmers and agricultural laborers. Under the CM Krishi Chhatravritti Yojana, the annual scholarship amount has been raised from ₹36,000 to ₹60,000. This enhanced scholarship is applicable for higher education in agriculture, horticulture, forestry, and animal husbandry. Additionally, the number of scholarship seats has been doubled from 1,410 to 2,820 students across universities and agricultural institutions in the state. Eligibility requires 70% in 12th grade for UP board students or 85% for other boards for undergraduate courses.

उत्तर प्रदेश ने किसानों और कृषि मजदूरों के बच्चों के लिए स्कॉलरशिप की राशि में बड़ा इजाफा किया है। सीएम कृषि छात्रवृत्ति योजना के तहत, सालाना स्कॉलरशिप की राशि ₹36,000 से बढ़ाकर ₹60,000 कर दी गई है। यह बढ़ी हुई स्कॉलरशिप कृषि, बागवानी, वानिकी और पशुपालन में उच्च शिक्षा के लिए लागू होगी। इसके अलावा, राज्य के विश्वविद्यालयों और कृषि संस्थानों में स्कॉलरशिप सीटों की संख्या 1,410 से दोगुनी होकर 2,820 छात्रों के लिए कर दी गई है। योग्यता के लिए स्नातक पाठ्यक्रमों में यूपी बोर्ड के छात्रों के लिए 12वीं में 70% या अन्य बोर्ड के छात्रों के लिए 85% अंक जरूरी हैं।
