Bihar Minor Accused of Raping 4-Year-Old Niece

The minor uncle reportedly lured the child away while she was playing outside and took her to his empty home. The victim, found with severe injuries, narrated the ordeal to her family, who then alerted the police. The accused, who had dropped out of school and is allegedly addicted to substances, confessed to the crime while under the influence. He has been presented before the Juvenile Justice Board for legal proceedings.

बिहार के समस्तीपुर जिले से एक चौंकाने वाली घटना सामने आई है, जहाँ एक 15 साल के लड़के पर अपनी 4 साल की भतीजी से रेप करने का आरोप लगा है। नाबालिग चाचा ने कथित तौर पर बच्ची को तब बहला-फुसलाकर ले गया जब वह बाहर खेल रही थी और उसे अपने खाली घर ले गया। गंभीर चोटों के साथ मिली बच्ची ने अपने परिवार को आपबीती सुनाई, जिसके बाद उन्होंने पुलिस को सूचित किया। स्कूल छोड़ चुका और कथित तौर पर नशे का आदी आरोपी नशे की हालत में अपराध कबूल कर चुका है। उसे कानूनी कार्यवाही के लिए जुवेनाइल जस्टिस बोर्ड के सामने पेश किया गया है।
