Sunil Singhania-led Abakkus Asset Manager has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus with SEBI for an IPO. The offering comprises an Offer for Sale of 15 million equity shares, with proceeds going to existing shareholders. Abakkus reported strong financial growth, with revenue reaching Rs 796 crore and profit after tax at Rs 327 crore in FY26. The company is a fast-growing India-focused asset management platform, ranking fourth in the discretionary PMS segment.

सुनील सिंघानिया की Abakkus Asset Manager ने IPO के लिए SEBI के पास ड्राफ्ट रेड हेरिंग प्रॉस्पेक्टस (DRHP) दाखिल किया है। इस ऑफर में 15 मिलियन इक्विटी शेयरों की बिक्री (Offer for Sale) शामिल है, जिससे मौजूदा शेयरधारकों को पैसा मिलेगा। Abakkus ने वित्तीय वर्ष 2026 में 796 करोड़ रुपये का राजस्व और 327 करोड़ रुपये का शुद्ध लाभ कमाया है। यह कंपनी भारत-केंद्रित एसेट मैनेजमेंट में तेजी से बढ़ रही है और डिस्क्रिशनरी PMS सेगमेंट में चौथे स्थान पर है।
