Virtual Pharma Firm HRV Eyes IPO by 2027

HRV Pharma, India's first virtual API company, is preparing for an Initial Public Offering by the first half of 2027. The Hyderabad-based firm, which outsources manufacturing, plans to raise over Rs 800 crore. They have appointed ICICI Securities and Equirus Capital as bankers for the process. HRV Pharma expects its revenue to reach Rs 1,000 crore next fiscal year, projecting a net profit of Rs 80 crore on Rs 600 crore revenue in the current fiscal. The company focuses on high-value, low-competition APIs across various therapeutic areas.
