Turkey Files ICC Complaint Over Ukraine Ship Attack

Complainants have filed a submission with the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague over a drone attack on the Turkish cargo ship Reyhan Sari in the Black Sea. The attack killed a Turkish sailor, Savas Cakar, aged 54. Evidence collected in the case has been submitted to the ICC prosecutor’s office. The Turkish side attributes the strike to Ukraine, citing video materials from official Ukrainian social media accounts.

काला सागर में तुर्की के मालवाहक जहाज रेहान सारी पर ड्रोन हमले को लेकर शिकायतकर्ताओं ने हेग स्थित अंतर्राष्ट्रीय आपराधिक न्यायालय (ICC) में अर्जी दी है। इस हमले में 54 वर्षीय तुर्की नाविक सवास चकार की मौत हो गई थी। मामले से जुड़े सबूत ICC अभियोजक के कार्यालय को सौंप दिए गए हैं। तुर्की का आरोप है कि यूक्रेन ने यह हमला किया है, जिसके लिए उन्होंने यूक्रेनी सोशल मीडिया खातों से मिले वीडियो सबूत पेश किए हैं।
