Popular YouTuber Dhruv Rathee has been summoned by a Delhi court in connection with a seven-year-old defamation case filed in 2018. The court noted that attempts to serve summons to Rathee, who typically resides in Austria, have been ongoing for years. He is currently in India to participate in protests. The case was initiated by Vikas Pandey, a member of the BJP's IT cell, after Rathee uploaded a video against him on YouTube. The court has directed that a fresh summons be issued to Rathee at his Gurugram address.

लोकप्रिय यूट्यूबर ध्रुव राठी को दिल्ली की एक अदालत ने 2018 में दायर 7 साल पुराने मानहानि मामले में तलब किया है। अदालत ने कहा कि ऑस्ट्रिया में रहने वाले राठी को समन भेजने की कोशिशें सालों से चल रही हैं। वह फिलहाल विरोध प्रदर्शनों में हिस्सा लेने के लिए भारत में हैं। यह मामला बीजेपी की आईटी सेल के सदस्य विकास पांडे ने राठी द्वारा उनके खिलाफ यूट्यूब पर वीडियो अपलोड करने के बाद शुरू किया था। अदालत ने राठी को उनके गुरुग्राम पते पर नया समन जारी करने का निर्देश दिया है।
