Delhi HC Allows CJP Protest in Connaught Place, Takes Police Assurance

दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने कॉकरोच जनता पार्टी (CJP) के 16 अक्टूबर को कनॉट प्लेस में होने वाले विरोध प्रदर्शन को रोकने से इनकार कर दिया है। कोर्ट ने पुलिस के इस आश्वासन को स्वीकार किया कि प्रदर्शनकारियों की गतिविधियों को नियंत्रित करने और रेगुलेट करने के लिए सभी ज़रूरी कदम उठाए जाएंगे। स्थानीय व्यापारियों का प्रतिनिधित्व करने वाले एक याचिकाकर्ता ने त्योहारी सीज़न के दौरान व्यापार में संभावित रुकावटों को लेकर चिंता जताई थी। एडिशनल सॉलिसिटर जनरल ने कोर्ट को आश्वासन दिया कि सीजेपी की गतिविधियों को प्रबंधित करने और याचिकाकर्ता की आशंकाओं को दूर करने के लिए अधिकारियों ने पहले ही कदम उठा लिए हैं। मामले की अगली सुनवाई 3 नवंबर को होगी।
