Bengaluru Woman Loses Rs 7 Lakh Gold To Conman Promising Cheap Flight Tickets

A 40-year-old woman from Rajasthan was defrauded of gold jewellery worth Rs 7 lakh in Bengaluru. She met a stranger at Yeshwantpur railway station who offered to arrange cheap flight tickets to Kota. The conman convinced her to remove her ornaments for security checks at the airport and then disappeared with her bag containing the gold and cash. The incident occurred after the woman, Pushpa T, came to Bengaluru to care for her ailing sister. A case has been registered at the Bagalur police station.

राजस्थान की 40 वर्षीय एक महिला को बेंगलुरु में 7 लाख रुपये के सोने के गहनों से ठगा गया। वह यशवंतपुर रेलवे स्टेशन पर एक अजनबी से मिली जिसने कोटा के लिए सस्ते फ्लाइट टिकट की व्यवस्था करने की पेशकश की। ठग ने उसे एयरपोर्ट पर सुरक्षा जांच के लिए अपने गहने उतारने के लिए मना लिया और फिर सोने और नकदी से भरा उसका बैग लेकर गायब हो गया। यह घटना तब हुई जब महिला, पुष्पा टी, अपनी बीमार बहन की देखभाल के लिए बेंगलुरु आई थी। बाग़लूर पुलिस स्टेशन में मामला दर्ज किया गया है।
