A woman named Vidya Gaudr, a lab technician, died tragically in Hubballi, Karnataka, after her neck was cut by a kite string while she was riding her scooter. The incident occurred on Karwar Road near Siddharoodh Math as she was heading home for lunch. The sharp kite string entangled around her neck, causing severe injuries that led to her immediate death at the scene. Police officials have visited the hospital to gather information, and the deceased's body has been sent for post-mortem.
