Honda 2W Considers Further Capacity Expansion Beyond 8 Million Units

HMSI is evaluating options to further increase its production capacity beyond the planned 8 million units. The company is considering either adding a new production line or establishing an entirely new manufacturing facility. This assessment comes in response to growing domestic demand for its two-wheelers and increasing export volumes. The existing expansion plans are already on track to lift overall capacity to the 8 million unit mark.

HMSI 80 लाख यूनिट से ज़्यादा अपनी उत्पादन क्षमता को और बढ़ाने के विकल्पों का मूल्यांकन कर रहा है। कंपनी या तो एक नई उत्पादन लाइन जोड़ने या पूरी तरह से एक नई निर्माण सुविधा स्थापित करने पर विचार कर रही है। यह मूल्यांकन दोपहिया वाहनों की बढ़ती घरेलू मांग और निर्यात की मात्रा में वृद्धि के जवाब में आया है। मौजूदा विस्तार योजनाएँ पहले से ही कुल क्षमता को 80 लाख यूनिट के निशान तक पहुँचाने की राह पर हैं।
