An Ahmedabad jeweller has accused three artisans of fleeing with 17 gold sets, valued at Rs 87.8 lakh, after entrusting them with stone-setting work. The jeweller, who runs a shop on CG Road, had previously used the artisans' unit in New Vadaj and trusted them after a successful prior order. He handed over 17 gold sets weighing 646.5g, with the artisans promising completion within three to four days.

अहमदाबाद के एक ज्वैलर ने तीन कारीगरों पर पत्थर जड़ने का काम सौंपने के बाद 87.8 लाख रुपये के 17 सोने के सेट लेकर भागने का आरोप लगाया है। CG रोड पर दुकान चलाने वाले ज्वैलर ने पहले भी न्यू वाडाज में कारीगरों की यूनिट का इस्तेमाल किया था और पिछले सफल ऑर्डर के बाद उन पर भरोसा किया था। उन्होंने 646.5 ग्राम के 17 सोने के सेट सौंपे थे, और कारीगरों ने तीन से चार दिनों में काम पूरा करने का वादा किया था।
