AssetGro Fintech, operator of the StockGro platform, is preparing to file draft papers for an initial public offering (IPO) worth ₹2,000-2,500 crore. The company plans to use the confidential filing route with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi). The IPO is expected to include a fresh issue of approximately ₹800 crore, with the remainder from existing shareholders. StockGro offers tools for stock analysis, strategy building, and portfolio tracking.
