CJP ने दिल्ली के रामलीला मैदान में होने वाली INDIA गठबंधन की रैली के लिए अपना समर्थन जताया है। पार्टी का आरोप है कि SIR प्रक्रिया मतदाताओं द्वारा अपनी सरकार चुनने के लोकतांत्रिक सिद्धांत को कमजोर करती है। CJP ने मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त ज्ञानेश कुमार के इस्तीफे की मांग की है, यह कहते हुए कि उन्होंने निष्पक्ष चुनाव कराने के लिए आवश्यक विश्वास खो दिया है। उनका मानना है कि चुनाव आयोग की विश्वसनीयता और स्वतंत्रता बहाल करने के लिए उनका इस्तीफा महत्वपूर्ण है। INDIA गठबंधन को उम्मीद है कि रैली में लगभग 10 लाख लोग शामिल होंगे।
