Data center operator DayOne is planning an initial public offering as soon as November, despite a challenging IPO market. The Singapore-based company, which serves cloud and AI clients, aims to file its registration with the US SEC in mid-October. This move comes amid increased investor scrutiny of AI infrastructure, following delays and disputes involving other data center projects. Investors are now prioritizing companies with diversified customers, contracted revenue, and secured power supplies.
