Shannen Doherty's Malibu home, purchased in 2004 for $2.56 million, has sold for $7.65 million. The actress had described the five-bedroom property as her sanctuary. After her death, the home was listed for $9.5 million but underwent several price reductions before finding a buyer. The property, which was renovated after sustaining damage from the Woolsey Fire in 2018, offered seclusion and ocean views. It served as a private retreat and a place for Doherty to host friends.
