Orient Cables (India) Ltd will launch its ₹552-crore Initial Public Offering on September 25, with a price band set at ₹258-272 per share. The IPO, which closes on September 29, includes a fresh issue of ₹320 crore and an Offer for Sale of ₹232 crore. Proceeds will fund capital expenditure, machinery purchases, and debt repayment. The company, a maker of networking cables and passive networking equipment, is expected to list on October 5.

ओरिएंट केबल्स (इंडिया) लिमिटेड 25 सितंबर को अपना ₹552 करोड़ का IPO लॉन्च करेगा। शेयर की कीमत ₹258-272 प्रति शेयर तय की गई है। यह IPO 29 सितंबर को बंद होगा, जिसमें ₹320 करोड़ का फ्रेश इश्यू और ₹232 करोड़ का ऑफर फॉर सेल शामिल है। इस पैसे का इस्तेमाल कैपिटल एक्सपेंडिचर, मशीनरी खरीदने और कर्ज चुकाने में होगा। कंपनी 5 अक्टूबर को लिस्ट हो सकती है।
