Vikas Garg Gets 24-Hour Transit Remand In Betting

Ebix Chairman Vikas Garg has been granted a 24-hour transit remand by Tis Hazari Court in connection with the Mahadev online betting app case. The Enforcement Directorate arrested Garg, who failed to appear for investigation despite summons. He will be produced before a special PMLA court in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. Properties worth Rs 940 crore linked to Garg have already been attached by the ED.

ईबीएक्स (Ebix) के चेयरमैन विकास गर्ग को महादेव ऑनलाइन सट्टेबाजी ऐप मामले में तिहाड़ जेल कोर्ट से 24 घंटे की ट्रांजिट रिमांड मिली है। प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ED) ने गर्ग को गिरफ्तार किया है, जो समन के बावजूद जांच में शामिल नहीं हुए थे। उन्हें छत्तीसगढ़ के रायपुर में एक विशेष पीएमएलए कोर्ट में पेश किया जाएगा। ईडी पहले ही गर्ग से जुड़ी 940 करोड़ रुपये की संपत्ति जब्त कर चुकी है।
