Donald Trump Questions Alaska Senate Race Results

France24 World · world

Donald Trump is raising concerns about the potential outcome of the Alaska Senate race, which is less than two weeks before the US midterm elections. He has urged legal action to prevent the certification of results if Republican incumbent Dan Sullivan loses to Democrat Mary Peltola. Trump suggests that another candidate with the same name on the ballot could mislead voters. This challenge comes amid broader worries about Trump's acceptance of potential Republican defeats in the upcoming elections.
