An Indian seafarer, Suraj Yadav, was killed when the bulk carrier MV Cape Dao was hit by two torpedoes near Oman. The vessel, en route from Mina Saqr to India, had 28 crew members, including 20 Indian nationals. The attack impacted the ship's accommodation and engine room.
