Imagicaa Allots 2.34 Crore Equity Shares

Imagicaaworld Entertainment's board has approved the allotment of 2,34,82,500 equity shares following the conversion of warrants. These shares were issued at an issue price of Rs. 73.50 per share. The company had previously allotted these convertible warrants on a preferential basis. The full conversion occurred after receiving the balance 75% subscription amount, totaling Rs. 129.45 crore. No warrants now remain outstanding.

के बोर्ड ने वारंट के रूपांतरण के बाद 2,34,82,500 इक्विटी शेयरों के आवंटन को मंजूरी दे दी है। ये शेयर 73.50 रुपये प्रति शेयर के इश्यू प्राइस पर जारी किए गए थे। कंपनी ने पहले इन कन्वर्टिबल वारंट को तरजीही आधार पर आवंटित किया था। शेष 75% सब्सक्रिप्शन राशि, कुल 129.45 करोड़ रुपये प्राप्त होने के बाद पूर्ण रूपांतरण हुआ। अब कोई वारंट बकाया नहीं है।
