Suvendu Adhikari Assures Sadhus of Freedom

West Bengal CM Suvendu Adhikari assured sadhus that they can now freely recite the Gita and Hanuman Chalisa without fear. He stated that the times have changed, and a government committed to religious traditions is now in power. Adhikari warned that anyone insulting or threatening saints would face imprisonment. He also announced a large-scale Gita recitation program in Kolkata, potentially with RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat as the chief guest. The Chief Minister reiterated his government's commitment to protecting religious leaders and traditions.

पश्चिम बंगाल के मुख्यमंत्री सुवेंदु अधिकारी ने साधुओं को भरोसा दिलाया कि अब वे बिना डरे गीता और हनुमान चालीसा का पाठ कर सकते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि समय बदल गया है और अब धार्मिक परंपराओं के प्रति समर्पित सरकार सत्ता में है। अधिकारी ने चेतावनी दी कि संतों का अपमान या उन्हें धमकी देने वाले को जेल भेजा जाएगा। उन्होंने कोलकाता में बड़े पैमाने पर गीता पाठ कार्यक्रम की भी घोषणा की, जिसमें संभवतः RSS प्रमुख मोहन भागवत मुख्य अतिथि होंगे। मुख्यमंत्री ने धार्मिक नेताओं और परंपराओं की रक्षा के लिए अपनी सरकार की प्रतिबद्धता दोहराई।
