Union Minister of State for Steel and Heavy Industries Bhupathiraju Srinivas Varma distributed 530 assistive devices, including tricycles and hearing aids, valued at ₹1.10 crore to 365 persons with disabilities. The distribution took place in Palakollu, West Godavari district, and was aimed at beneficiaries from the Narsapuram parliamentary constituency. The Steel Authority of India Limited allocated ₹1.8 crore for this initiative under its Corporate Social Responsibility program. This effort aims to enhance the mobility and communication capabilities of individuals with disabilities in the region.
