Biswajit Chatterjee dismisses Rekha kissing controversy

Veteran actor Biswajit Chatterjee has compared his past kissing controversy with Rekha in the film Anjana Safar to modern Bollywood's intimate scenes. He stated that such past controversies hold no meaning compared to the explicit bedroom scenes seen in films like Animal today. Chatterjee recalled that Rekha later acted in a film he produced and directed, suggesting the controversy was fleeting. Rekha had alleged in her autobiography that the kiss was non-consensual and traumatising.
