The bench emphasized that the Constitution is supreme and no organisation stands above it, stating that attempts to undermine the court's authority must be dealt with an iron hand. The post, which has since been deleted, had demanded the CJI's resignation. Following backlash, KPCC leaders also issued an apology for the controversial remarks.
