At least nine people have died in Nagaland's Tuensang district hospital over three days after reportedly consuming spurious liquor. Nagaland DGP Rupin Sharma issued an alert advising people to abstain from drinking alcohol, suspecting a contaminated batch of rum. The victims complained of breathlessness. नागालैंड के तुएनसांग जिले में तीन दिन में नकली शराब पीने से कम से कम नौ लोगों की मौत हो गई। नागालैंड के डीजीपी रुपिन शर्मा ने लोगों को शराब पीने से बचने की सलाह दी है। पीड़ितों को सांस लेने में दिक्कत हो रही थी। नकली शराब के स्रोत का पता लगाने और दोषियों की पहचान के लिए जांच चल रही है। अधिकारियों ने जनता से संदिग्ध शराब की बिक्री की रिपोर्ट करने को कहा है।
