EC Deadline for TMC Factions Over Party Name, Symbol, and Funds

Two factions of the Trinamool Congress have taken their dispute over the party's name, election symbol, and funds to the Election Commission. Both Mamata Banerjee's and Ritabrata Banerjee's groups have been instructed to submit their claims, affidavits, evidence, and legal documents. Representatives from both sides are required to appear before the EC headquarters in New Delhi for a hearing. The EC will decide who has the rightful claim to the TMC's name, symbol, and treasury ahead of upcoming local body elections.

TMC के गुटों के लिए पार्टी नाम, चुनाव चिन्ह और फंड पर EC की समय सीमा

तृणमूल कांग्रेस के दो गुटों ने पार्टी के नाम, चुनाव चिन्ह और फंड को लेकर अपना विवाद चुनाव आयोग तक पहुंचा दिया है। ममता बनर्जी और रीताब्रता बनर्जी, दोनों के समूहों को अपने दावे, हलफनामे, सबूत और कानूनी दस्तावेज जमा करने का निर्देश दिया गया है। दोनों पक्षों के प्रतिनिधियों को सुनवाई के लिए नई दिल्ली स्थित EC मुख्यालय में पेश होना होगा। EC यह तय करेगा कि आगामी स्थानीय निकाय चुनावों से पहले TMC के नाम, चिन्ह और खजाने पर किसका सही हक है।
