Gujarat Man Held At Indo-Nepal Border Trafficking 2 Mizoram Minors

Two 17-year-old girls from Mizoram were rescued in Darjeeling district in a suspected trafficking case. A 61-year-old Ahmedabad man was intercepted near the Panitanki border while allegedly taking one girl to Nepal for casino work. The Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) intercepted the man. A search of his mobile phone revealed explicit material. Another girl was rescued from his Siliguri residence, where she was allegedly kept as a domestic helper. A case has been registered under relevant sections of the law.

संदिग्ध तस्करी के मामले में दार्जिलिंग जिले में मिजोरम की दो 17 वर्षीय लड़कियों को बचाया गया। अहमदाबाद के एक 61 वर्षीय व्यक्ति को कथित तौर पर एक लड़की को कसीनो के काम के लिए नेपाल ले जाते समय पानीटंकी सीमा के पास रोका गया। सशस्त्र सीमा बल (SSB) ने व्यक्ति को रोका। उसके मोबाइल फोन की तलाशी में आपत्तिजनक सामग्री मिली। एक अन्य लड़की को उसके सिलीगुड़ी स्थित आवास से बचाया गया, जहाँ कथित तौर पर उसे घरेलू सहायक के रूप में रखा गया था। कानून की संबंधित धाराओं के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है।
