Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS) has refuted claims of misinformation regarding MBBS seat allocation for the 2026-27 academic year. The university stated that 3,543 out of 4,581 convener quota seats were allotted to SC, ST, and BC students. Furthermore, 1,213 of the 2,026 open category seats were secured by meritorious reserved category students, an increase from the previous year. Registrar T. Sai Sudheer clarified that admissions followed constitutional provisions and university rules, rejecting allegations of injustice due to G.O. 102.
