Mahindra Lifespace Reports 66% Drop in Q2 Profit to Rs 16 Crore

Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd has reported a 66 per cent decline in its consolidated net profit for the quarter ending September 2026, with earnings falling to Rs 16.34 crore from Rs 47.91 crore in the same period last year. Despite the profit drop, the company's total income saw a significant increase, rising to Rs 104.02 crore from Rs 33.06 crore year-on-year. For the first six months of the fiscal year, net profit grew to Rs 101.89 crore, with total income jumping to Rs 1,081.56 crore.
