Bihar Govt Integrates Land Acquisition with RCMS

Bihar's revenue and land reforms department will integrate land acquisition authorities with the Revenue Court Management System (RCMS) and digitise all their records. Minister Dilip Kumar Jaiswal announced this decision, which aims to streamline case hearings and record maintenance. This move will align the operations of land acquisition, rehabilitation, and resettlement authorities with the existing RCMS. The department is actively digitising documents and will soon provide digital copies of necessary records to citizens. The initiative seeks to address case backlogs caused by prolonged vacancies.

बिहार के राजस्व और भूमि सुधार विभाग ने भूमि अधिग्रहण अधिकारियों को रेवेन्यू कोर्ट मैनेजमेंट सिस्टम (RCMS) से जोड़ने और उनके सभी रिकॉर्ड को डिजिटाइज करने का फैसला किया है। मंत्री दिलीप कुमार जैसवाल ने इस फैसले की घोषणा की, जिसका मकसद केस की सुनवाई और रिकॉर्ड के रखरखाव को सुव्यवस्थित करना है। इस कदम से भूमि अधिग्रहण, पुनर्वास और पुनर्व्यवस्थापन अधिकारियों के कामकाज को मौजूदा RCMS के साथ जोड़ा जाएगा। विभाग सक्रिय रूप से दस्तावेजों को डिजिटाइज कर रहा है और जल्द ही नागरिकों को आवश्यक रिकॉर्ड की डिजिटल प्रतियां उपलब्ध कराएगा। इस पहल का उद्देश्य लंबे समय से खाली पड़े पदों के कारण लंबित मामलों को दूर करना है।
