Kerala Govt To Revise Hospital Staff Pattern

Kerala's Health Minister K. Muraleedharan announced that the state government will revise the staff pattern in all government hospitals, from primary health centres to medical colleges. The current pattern is based on norms from the 1960s. Efforts are underway to recruit more doctors and resolve medicine shortages this month. This initiative aims to improve facilities in public hospitals, which are crucial for ordinary citizens' healthcare.

केरल के स्वास्थ्य मंत्री के. मुरलीधरन ने बताया कि राज्य सरकार सभी सरकारी अस्पतालों में स्टाफ पैटर्न को सुधारेगी। यह बदलाव प्राइमरी हेल्थ सेंटर से लेकर मेडिकल कॉलेज तक लागू होगा। मौजूदा पैटर्न 1960 के दशक के नियमों पर आधारित है। इस महीने ज़्यादा डॉक्टर भर्ती करने और दवाइयों की कमी दूर करने के प्रयास जारी हैं। इस पहल से सरकारी अस्पतालों की सुविधाएं बेहतर होंगी, जो आम लोगों के स्वास्थ्य के लिए बहुत ज़रूरी हैं।
