Western Railway Plans Four New Platforms

Western Railway is set to add four new platforms across Borivli, Andheri, and Virar stations to ease congestion and increase local services. Two platforms will be built at Borivli, one at Virar, and a new home platform at Andheri. These additions, along with the ongoing fifth and sixth lines project, aim to improve operational flexibility and facilitate approximately 30 to 40 more local train services.
