The HSBC India Services PMI Business Activity Index rose to 55.8, up from 55.2 in September, indicating continued growth. Despite overall demand strength, export orders saw their slowest growth in nearly four years. Companies maintained cautious optimism about the future, with employment growth slowing to its weakest pace in four months as cost pressures eased.
