Actor Salman Khan believes discussions surrounding Ranbir Kapoor's upcoming film 'Ramayana' should centre on its narrative and characters, rather than its reported Rs 4,000 crore budget or visual effects. Speaking at the trailer launch of his own film, Khan emphasized that the conversation should be about the epic's core elements like Ram, Ravana, and Sita. He feels the focus on production costs and VFX detracts from the film's artistic merit. The film, directed by Nitesh Tiwari, is set to release on November 5, 2026.
