Telangana BJP Asks Leaders To Exclude Office-Bearers From MLC Aspirant Lists

The Telangana BJP's selection process for MLC candidates has been reset, with national general secretary Sunil Bansal instructing state leaders to remove party office-bearers from aspirant lists. Bansal advised against office-bearers contesting elections and asked for revised lists of four candidates per seat for Hyderabad, Mahabubnagar, Warangal, Khammam, and Karimnagar. The party plans to conduct a survey to assess shortlisted candidates' popularity before finalising nominations. The candidature of Telangana BJP president N Ramchander Rao, who is an office-bearer, is pending a decision from the national president.

तेलंगाना बीजेपी में एमएलसी उम्मीदवारों के चयन की प्रक्रिया फिर से शुरू हो गई है। राष्ट्रीय महासचिव सुनील बंसल ने राज्य के नेताओं को निर्देश दिया है कि वे पार्टी पदाधिकारियों को उम्मीदवार सूची से हटा दें। बंसल ने सलाह दी कि पदाधिकारियों को चुनाव नहीं लड़ना चाहिए और हैदराबाद, महबूबनगर, वारंगल, खम्मम और करीमनगर की हर सीट के लिए चार उम्मीदवारों की संशोधित सूची मांगी है। पार्टी अंतिम नामों को तय करने से पहले शॉर्टलिस्ट किए गए उम्मीदवारों की लोकप्रियता का आकलन करने के लिए एक सर्वे कराएगी। तेलंगाना बीजेपी अध्यक्ष एन रामचंद्र राव, जो एक पदाधिकारी हैं, की उम्मीदवारी पर राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष का फैसला बाकी है।
