Man Murdered in Delhi Over Desire to Marry Widow; 7 Held

A 34-year-old man, Manish Yadav, was shot dead in northeast Delhi's Sonia Vihar on October 13. Police have arrested five men and apprehended two minors in connection with the murder. The prime accused, Umesh Maurya, allegedly hired the minors for ₹2 lakh to kill Yadav so he could marry Yadav's wife. Maurya, who has a strained marriage, conspired with an associate to eliminate Yadav. Investigations revealed CCTV footage, technical evidence, and financial transactions pointing to the conspiracy.

दिल्ली के सोनिया विहार में 13 अक्टूबर को 34 साल के मनीष यादव को गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी गई थी। पुलिस ने हत्या के संबंध में पांच लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया है और दो नाबालिगों को पकड़ा है। मुख्य आरोपी उमेश मौर्या पर आरोप है कि उसने यादव की पत्नी से शादी करने के लिए नाबालिगों को 2 लाख रुपये में हत्या के लिए काम पर रखा था। मौर्या, जिसका वैवाहिक जीवन तनावपूर्ण है, ने यादव को खत्म करने के लिए एक सहयोगी के साथ साजिश रची थी। जांच में साजिश की ओर इशारा करने वाले सीसीटीवी फुटेज, तकनीकी सबूत और वित्तीय लेनदेन का पता चला है।
