Army Commanders' Conference Reviews Modernisation, Security and Readiness in Delhi

The Indian Army's top brass convened in New Delhi for their biannual Commanders' Conference from October 21 to 23. This apex forum, chaired by the new Chief of Army Staff General Dhiraj Seth, focuses on the evolving security environment, operational preparedness, and capability development. Discussions include border security, terrorism, modernisation of equipment, drones, and counter-drone systems. The conference will also see the release of the Army's land warfare doctrine and address personnel welfare and organisational reforms. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh is scheduled to address the attendees on the final day.

भारतीय सेना के शीर्ष अधिकारी 21 से 23 अक्टूबर तक नई दिल्ली में अपने द्विवार्षिक कमांडरों के सम्मेलन के लिए जुटे। इस शीर्ष मंच की अध्यक्षता सेना के नए प्रमुख जनरल धीरज सेठ ने की, जो बदलते सुरक्षा माहौल, परिचालन तैयारी और क्षमता विकास पर केंद्रित है। चर्चाओं में सीमा सुरक्षा, आतंकवाद, उपकरणों का आधुनिकीकरण, ड्रोन और ड्रोन-रोधी प्रणालियाँ शामिल हैं। सम्मेलन में सेना की भूमि युद्ध की रणनीति भी जारी की जाएगी और कर्मियों के कल्याण और संगठनात्मक सुधारों को संबोधित किया जाएगा। रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह अंतिम दिन उपस्थित लोगों को संबोधित करने वाले हैं।
