Haridwar Man Booked For Triple Talaq, Nikah Halala

In Haridwar, a case has been registered against a man and his uncle for allegedly giving triple talaq to his wife and then pressuring her for Nikah Halala. The woman's father filed a complaint with the Pathri police station. The complaint states that the husband had been verbally and physically abusive since their marriage in June 2020. The couple has two children, but the abuse allegedly continued. The incident reportedly occurred, when the husband allegedly pronounced triple talaq in front of family members.

हरिद्वार में एक आदमी और उसके चाचा के खिलाफ उसकी पत्नी को तीन बार तलाक देने और फिर निकाह हलाला के लिए दबाव बनाने का मामला दर्ज किया गया है। महिला के पिता ने पथरी पुलिस स्टेशन में शिकायत दर्ज कराई है। शिकायत में कहा गया है कि जून 2020 में शादी के बाद से पति मौखिक और शारीरिक रूप से प्रताड़ित कर रहा था। दोनों बच्चों के होने के बावजूद यह दुर्व्यवहार जारी रहा। यह घटना तब हुई जब पति ने कथित तौर पर परिवार के सदस्यों के सामने तीन बार तलाक कहा।
