Ahmedabad PSI Files Case Against Advocates For Obstructing Police Duty

A Police Sub-Inspector in Ahmedabad has filed a case against two advocates and their client for allegedly threatening police personnel and obstructing their official duties. The incident occurred when the advocates interfered during preventive proceedings related to a property dispute complaint. Despite police attempts to initiate action under the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, the advocates allegedly demanded their client's release and threatened officers. The situation escalated when the client and advocates allegedly obstructed police during the client's transfer to Naroda police station.
