Ajay Devgn Claims FDA Show-Cause Notice Was Pre-Judged

Actor Ajay Devgn has approached the Bombay High Court, alleging that the FDA issued him a show-cause notice with a "prejudged and punitive outlook." Devgn claims he was not provided with the advertisement material on which the notice was based, violating natural justice principles. The FDA had issued notices to Devgn and two other actors for endorsing a cardamom product allegedly associated with Pan Masala.
