DRDO Prepares IRSA 2.0 For Tri-Service Communication

DRDO is developing IRSA 2.0, an updated version of the Indian Radio Software Architecture. This initiative aims to enhance interoperability and coordination between the separate radio systems used by the Indian Army, Navy, and Air Force. Developed by DRDO's DEAL, IRSA 2.0 builds upon the previous version to create a common software architecture standard for military Software Defined Radios. This will allow radios from different manufacturers to communicate seamlessly under a unified standard, reducing reliance on foreign vendors and improving upgrade capabilities.

ला रहा है तीनों सेनाओं के लिए IRSA 2.0

इंडियन रेडियो सॉफ्टवेयर आर्किटेक्चर (IRSA) का नया वर्जन IRSA 2.0 बना रहा है। इसका मकसद भारतीय सेना, नौसेना और वायु सेना के अलग-अलग रेडियो सिस्टम के बीच तालमेल और जुड़ाव को बेहतर बनाना है। DRDO के DEAL ने इसे बनाया है, जो पिछले वर्जन पर आधारित है। यह मिलिट्री सॉफ्टवेयर डिफाइंड रेडियो के लिए एक कॉमन सॉफ्टवेयर आर्किटेक्चर स्टैंडर्ड तैयार करेगा। इससे अलग-अलग कंपनियों के रेडियो एक ही स्टैंडर्ड के तहत आसानी से बात कर पाएंगे। इससे विदेशी कंपनियों पर निर्भरता कम होगी और अपग्रेड करने की क्षमता बढ़ेगी।
