ACP Manasvi Vashishth has been suspended by the Home Ministry. This action follows his participation in a protest outside the Delhi Police headquarters. Vashishth, along with over 100 other police personnel, demonstrated against the transfer of two officers, including himself, after a clash between lawyers and police at Shahdara police station. Vashishth is an IIT Kharagpur alumnus and a 2019 batch DANIPS officer with prior service in the SSB.
